Since Donald McGregor founded our practice in 1965, we’ve been proud of our privileged position as the vets of Caithness and Sutherland.
We are grounded in the local environment and rooted in history, working for the people of our community to provide the very best care we can to pets, horses and farms.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Highland Health Plan, which includes free vet and nurse consults for your beloved cats and dogs – just £24 a month for Unlimited members!
There’s also our Standard Highland Health Plan, which at £18 per month ensures annual routine preventative care as well as a range of further perks and offers.
